Offers efficient and high-quality printing with its direct thermal method and 203dpi (8 dots/mm) resolution. It features a 2M input buffer and 4M NV Flash. The printer supports various font sizes, with Font A (12×24) and Font B (9×17), and character sizes ranging from Font 0 to Font 8. It also allows 1 to 10 times enlargement in both directions and supports 0°, 90°, 270°, and 360° rotation.
For graphics processing, the printer supports BMP, PCX, and BAS files. It can handle various 1D barcodes, including CODE128, EAN128, CODE39, CODE93, EAN13, EAN8, CODABAR, POSTNET, UPC, CPOST, MSI, PLESSEY, ITF14, and EAN14. Additionally, it supports 2D barcodes such as PDF417, QR CODE, and DATA MATRIX.
The printer is equipped with a thermal-sensitive resistor for print head temperature sensing and a photoelectric sensor for paper detection. It is compatible with thermal receipt paper and thermal label paper, accommodating paper widths of 48mm, 52mm, 56mm, 64mm, 68mm, 76mm, and 80mm. The paper thickness ranges from 0.06mm to 0.19mm, with a roll inner diameter of 25mm to 38mm and a maximum external diameter of 85mm. The printer also features a tear-off function for paper.
The PANDA Label Printer 609 operates in temperatures between 5°C and 45°C with 20% to 80% relative humidity. For storage, it can withstand conditions from -40°C to 55°C with up to 93% relative humidity at 40°C. The printing head is durable for up to 150KM. It supports TSPL (Label mode) and ESC/POS (Receipt mode) emulation, with drivers available for Windows XP, Win7, Win8, Win10, MAC, and Linux. SDKs are provided for Android and iOS.
