At CompuOne, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software, licenses, and downloadable products.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items with physical damage not caused by delivery or manufacturer defect.

3. Return Process

  • Provide product details and reason for return or exchange.
  • Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If the item is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange for the same product or an item of equal value, subject to availability.
