CompuOne Care and product warranty are different
The absence of the CompuOne Care badge does not mean that a product has no warranty. Check the applicable warranty information on each product page. Badge eligibility and warranty coverage are assessed separately.
How CompuOne Care works
Where the CompuOne Care shield is displayed, technical support is provided through CompuOne's technical department. Warranty repairs are performed by CompuOne only where authorized and in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. CompuOne Care and product warranty are separate; the badge does not add or extend coverage.
Manufacturer & distributor warranty
Products that do not display the CompuOne Care badge may still be covered by their applicable manufacturer or distributor warranty.
For these products, CompuOne assists customers by receiving the item and forwarding it to the authorized distributor for warranty assessment and service.
CompuOne is not authorized to perform repairs on these products during their warranty period. Repairs and warranty decisions are handled by the manufacturer or authorized distributor in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
Warranty conditions
Warranty duration and provider depend on the individual product. Refer to the warranty terms displayed on its product page. Durations may include one, three or six months, or one year. Some items are explicitly sold without warranty; this is separate from whether the Care badge is displayed.
Product and battery warranty terms may differ. Refer to the specific terms stated for your item.
If coverage, the warranty provider or Care eligibility is unclear, contact CompuOne before ordering. An item must not be treated as having no warranty simply because it has no Care badge.
Service scope and limitations
Technical support for eligible CompuOne Care products is provided through CompuOne. For manufacturer/distributor warranty products, technical service follows the relevant warranty terms, with CompuOne assisting with receiving and forwarding the item.
Repairs, replacements and warranty decisions depend on the applicable warranty and the authorized service provider. CompuOne Care does not imply free repairs, additional warranty cover or authorization for CompuOne to repair an excluded product.
On-site visits
On-site visits are provided only when included in a contract or explicitly agreed with CompuOne. Purchasing a product does not automatically include an on-site visit.
