This page explains which payment methods CompuOne accepts and how prices apply to orders placed on compuonelb.com. Please review it before placing an order.
1. Accepted payment methods
- Cash on delivery (COD) – available for orders delivered within Lebanon.
- Whish money transfer – contact CompuOne for verified transfer instructions before sending payment.
- BOB money transfer – contact CompuOne for verified transfer instructions before sending payment.
Only the payment methods listed above are accepted. CompuOne does not accept credit or debit cards, cheques or contactless (NFC) payments.
2. How payments are confirmed
- For Whish and BOB transfers, payment is confirmed after it has been received and verified. Dispatch may be delayed until verification is complete.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
- Order confirmation does not mean that payment has been received.
3. Prices
- Product prices are displayed on each product page.
- Prices may change at any time due to supplier updates, promotions or currency fluctuations.
- The price at the time of purchase is final unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Unpaid or failed payments
Orders that remain unpaid may be delayed or cancelled.
